Thank you to John and AC Auto for the great, fast, and efficient work on my Audi 2015 Q7. John knew it was exhaust related immediately. He called once they confirmed what it was, gave me a fair price, stated when it would be completed, and then called me when it was ready to be picked up. Communication and work completed was top notch. I would recommend using AC auto.

John was great talking with me through options for undercoating for my car. I felt confident in choosing them after meeting. They also were able to remove some rusted out screws that were preventing me from replacing my license plate bulbs and give me a state inspection. John even showed me a video of the undercoating process on my car when I came to pick up the car and followed up with me a week later to check on everything. Quick and friendly service. Will definitely bring them more business in the future.

This is a great place to bring your car! I had a problem with my breaks last year and they took me right in the next day when other places were telling me a week. I had a flat tire once and John was calling me to make sure everything went OK. I just had my oil changed, by one of my former students! Excellent service and excellent work. I highly recommend you check them out!

AC Auto is the only place I want to take my car. John and his employees are extremely kind and honest and do the best work using only the best parts. I’ve come to them with issues that were something like an oil light being on or a transmission light due to another company failing to turn it off. They always help me out. They are so good to me I question why I ever went anywhere else. As a woman who does not know cars, it’s nice to go somewhere that’s so honest. They won’t do work they don’t think is necessary and won’t do any work without me knowing what it will entail and the cost. They are really the best. They also will do local pick ups for my car or pick me up and drop me off. I haven’t taken advantage of that yet but it’s a huge relief knowing they have that’s option.

Honest guys and quality repairs, what more could you ask for from a mechanic?They're been servicing my families cars for over 5 years now and they always give it to me straight. I'm not worried that their diagnosis is adding extras I might not need and they also let me know what isn't an issue now but I should plan on in the next 6-12 months. They even looked over a used truck I was buying to give me peace of mind that I wasn't buying a lemon. I will use AC Auto until I'm declared unfit to drive.

I appreciate the care that’s taken at AC auto. John is always available for questions and follows up after each service to make sure everything is going well. He’s a family guy- I’ve seen his kids at the shop, and he told me he got into this business so that his daughters wouldn’t be taken advantage of by mechanics. I love that. They do honest work, and that’s what I value most when looking for a mechanic.

Was looking to get a leveling kit put in didn’t know what I wanted contacted them. They help me pick out the right one best suited for my truck dealt with this guy named Joe helped me pick it out and everything was really great. I’m speaking to the owner John Help me do everything help me pick it out going back-and-forth with him with what the best thing was going to be for me and it went smooth. 10 out of 10 customer service would definitely recommend this. Anyone will definitely be coming back for more upgrades.

These guys came highly recommended on off-road forums when I was researching undercoat options for my 2020 4Runner. I have to say, those recommendations were not misplaced. This team did an amazingly detailed job covering every nook and cranny under my vehicle while carefully masking the parts I did not want to be coated (like my fancy painted lift kit parts). John the owner is a great person. Very friendly. Not pushy. Gives an honest opinion if you ask for one and let's you know what you are getting into. These guys did this job for me about 6 months ago and John the owner reached out twice by text just to make sure I was still happy! Top notch shop with top notch people.

Tire pressure low light came on yesterday on the way home from work (Friday 4 p.m.), pulled over and found a nail in one of the tires, drove straight to AC Auto. They fixed it and I was back on the road in 10 minutes.

I brought my car to Franks auto after it broke down he held my car for 3 days before he told me to bring it somewhere else because he didn’t want to work with my warranty. After days of not having a car I called John and he took the time to actually listen to me and not make me feel like an idiot. Not only did John take my car right in he immediately diagnosed the issue and kept me updated every step of the way AND took the time to deal with the insurance company which I know is aggravating. He replaced my fuel pump and my car was repaired quickly and perfectly and is running better than ever. Finding an honest, patient, kind mechanic is near impossible now a days and I will never bring my car anywhere else and suggest everyone else comes to AC auto if they want to be treated right. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.

Solid repair shop, John is super friendly and won’t sell you something you don’t need which can be hard to find.Only complaint is the location/set up - kinda hard to find and it’s never clear where to park while dropping off your car.

I brought my vehicle to 2 other shops to get my AC fixed and John was the only person to figure it out!! I have ice cold AC now and can’t believe the other shops couldn’t figure it out. While I was there I had my brakes and rotors done. I would highly recommend AC Auto to anyone that needs any type of maintenance done to their vehicles.

John and his team are unbelievably talented and very obviously have a love for their craft. On my most recent visit I brought my truck in for a problem with the steering shaft. Ryan explained what the problem was and gave me several options on how to proceed. After further diagnosis he called me back and walked me through the quote and explained everything and asked if I wanted to proceed. Less than 36 hours later my truck was repaired and dropped off at my workplace. Johns team also follows up a few days afterwards to make sure everything is okay with your vehicle. In short they are fair, honest, knowledge and fast.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with AC Auto and Ryan. AC Auto is a top notch company that I will continue to bring my business to, when needed.I found myself in a predicament where I had a set of wheels completely stuck to my car. Brought it to 2 local shops, tire and wheel specialists, and even the dealer’s service center. They spent a combined 5 hours on the car trying to hammer the wheels off. All of them gave the car back to me and said “sorry they’re stuck. Nothing else I can do.” I spent another 10 hours trying to get them off myself with no luck. Had another dozen or so shops who wouldn’t even look at the car because of the uncommon make.Until my wife reached out for help on social media and Ryan answered. He was able to find a solution and got the wheels off in no time. He communicated with me the entire time, was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule around the holidays, and had my car back up and running when no one else could. I can’t thank Ryan or AC auto enough for their work and professionalism throughout the process.
