First time bringing my car in to AC Auto and they have, for certain, gained a new customer. Brought the car in making some weird noises, the tech found two heat shields loose/rotted, fixed them and sent me on my way - NO CHARGE! The employees were welcoming and personable, and there was no negative vibe related to me being female (which is, unfortunately, a frequent issue in auto shops). Thanks, again, AC Auto!

AC Auto is awesome! They’re always super friendly and get things done quickly, even on short notice. I really appreciate that they don’t charge a diagnostic fee and always give honest, straightforward recommendations. Myself along with every member of my family now use AC Auto for ALL of our automotive needs. From undercoating of a custom van, tire alignment, oil changes, and emergency popped tires...John and crew take care of you completely. They're also just downright nice and trustworthy. When I had to bring my car in for an alignment, one of the crew drove my daughter and I to an ice cream shop downtown so we'd have someplace nice to wait for the work to be done. They then picked us up when it was done and the time they quoted for the work was spot on. It seems like customer service is fading lately, but John and crew go above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I can't recommend them enough!

My car had a lot of issues and I let them know I was planning to get rid of it soon. Instead of them pressuring me to do repairs, they were honest and upfront with me. I didn’t end up doing any of the work on their reccomendation. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and will definitely use them again for service in the future!

John and his team are professional and trustworthy! They are reliable and always address what my vehicle needs. As my car gets older and I’m trying to keep it going as long as possible, they will check any issues I ask about and let me know what is needed (or not). This most recent visit, I wasn’t sure if I needed brakes yet, but they explained to me I still have some time left on the current brake pads.

I had AC Auto do a wool wax undercoat on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma, the team did an awesome job, and undoubtably extended the life of this truck by 8-10 years. I will absolutely be back for a second treatment when the time comes. Major thank you to John and his team at AC Auto.He stuck to his quote, it was reasonable, and their communication was awesome.

Went to 3 mechanics before AC Auto. None of them could diagnose the problem. I spent over $1000 on nonsense I didn’t need to replace. After reading online that AC Auto had folks who were more knowledgeable about electrical issues in cars, I went to them even though they were 40 minutes from where I live. Best decision ever. They diagnosed the problem within a day. Fixed it at an affordable price. Even dropped me off when I dropped off the car. Would highly recommend for any routine and complex situations

Always a pleasant experience to have my truck worked on at AC Auto. They make it a painless process, stand by their work, and are very efficient and fairly priced for a shop that uses only quality parts. A shop of their quality isn’t easy to find nowadays in my experience, give them a try.

Very pleased as always with any car repairs. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, my tire was repaired the same day and they were able to fit my oil change into the schedule. Best quality of AC auto is the trust John inspires because of his honesty. A rare quality these days.

I am in Town from Miami working and I just want to thank the Gentlemem at this location, they are highly Knowledgeable and professional ,the Fixed my AC quickly and found and changed both parts for me and I was back on the road within a couple hours , they have a lot of staff and as A Gearhead myself I felt right at home and pleased with the service, I would highly recommend for any AC or Mechanical issues for your Vehicle to get back on the road , thanks again Guys 🫡

This was a rough one. My AC was having issues so I took it here from Lowell. I had to go back and forth a total of 5 times for my truck repair. It was disappointing but sometimes that's life. These guys were amazing, they could have easily tried to nickel and dime me the whole time, but I only paid what they quoted me. They are honest and fair mechanics and that's increasingly rare these days.

I was very happy with the work i had done at AC Auto. Had my 2014 GMC descaled and undercoated with woolwax. Owner was honest and talked through the process and the pros and cons of treating my current vehicle versus selling it. End result looked great and i was even able to watch the work done on social media.

AC Auto is the best place I’ve ever taken my cars. We have two older model cars (2014) which are at the phase of having things go wrong. AC auto has always been so quick to get them in, fixed and back on the road at a great price. We cannot recommend them enough.

I'm so happy I discovered this auto service shop and highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality service at reasonable prices. The staff are super knowledgeable and very fair when quoting repairs. I had a situation where I need to know if it was worth repairing the air-conditioning system on a old 1998 Toyota Sienna Van. They quoted a price to recharge and diagnose the system, but suspended the charge when it became apparent to them that the AC was is such bad shape that it would soon fail again shortly after the service. This is the type of integrity you would hope to get from all repair shops. I will certainly be returning when my cars need future work.

I needed a fresh set of eyes on my 2014 Toyota 4Runner after a fluids leak issue kept springing up. I found the AC Auto guys on a Google search and their reviews looked good. Well, they were super helpful, professional and understanding of my issue. After an initial phone call to discuss my issue, I dropped my ride and keys in their mail box after hours (very convenient) they promptly inspected the issues the next day and called me back to discuss. They diagnosed the leak issue I brought it in for, but they also informed me on other things they were seeing. They were not pushy at all about the other things they were seeing and in fact they told me I could put them on a timetable. I really appreciated them looking out for me and being honest about what was a safety issue and the stuff that could wait. We moved forward with some selected repairs. They performed the work in the time frame they promised and pickup and closeout of the transaction was all very professional once again. I really like these guys and I'm definitely going to bring them.mkre business in the future. Thank you Ryan and the rest of the AC Auto team.Update Jul 2025: needed an AC recharge and John and company got me in quick and performed it while I waited. In and out and my AC blows cold again! Thanks yet again!
